Shake chicken in a bag of flour, 1 tsp. Salt, pepper and rosemary. In a heavy skillet, brown chicken in butter. Remove to a shallow baking dish. Mix sour cream, 1/2 tsp. Salt, chives, cheese, lemon rind and juice. Spread over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Serves 6
