Preheat oven to 375° F if baking, or. Preheat grill if grilling. Remove protective ice glaze from frozen tenderloins by holding under lukewarm running water for 1 to 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine melted margarine, oregano, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper.
To bake, place frozen tenderloins on foil-lined baking pan. Brush evenly with all of herb mixture. Bake at 375° F for 18 to 22 minutes or until done.
To grill, place frozen tenderloins over heated coals or on heated grill. Brush with half of herb mixture; grill for 5 minutes. Turn over and baste with remaining herb mixture. Grill for 6 to 7 minutes or until done.
