1 Tasse | Broccoli, cut into tiny flowerets |
1 Tasse | Tomato chopped |
1/2 Tasse | celery chopped |
1/2 Tasse | carrots finely grated |
1/2 Tasse | Cucumber, cut into quarters and finely sliced |
1/2 Tasse | red cabbage finely chopped |
1/2 Tasse | Canned baby corn, sliced |
15 klein | Stuffed green olives, sliced about 1/4 cup |
15 klein | Pitted black olives, sliced about 1/4 cup |
4 | Mild pickled salad peppers, sliced - about 1/4 cup |
1/4 Tasse | vegetable oil |
1/4 Tasse | wine vinegar |
1/4 Tasse | water |
3/4 x ca. 30 g | Pkt. Italian dresing mix |
1 Teelöffel | oregano dried |
Ursula R. Taylor. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chill several hours, or overnight. Mix several times. Serve cold.
1/4 fat servings, 1 bread serving, 7 additional calories, 4 g protein, 6 g fat, 23 g carbohydrate, 345 mg sodium and 0 mg cholesterol.
