1/4 Tasse | soy sauce |
1/4 Tasse | Asian sesame oil |
1/4 Tasse | Dry sherry or rice wine |
2 Esslöffel | sugar |
3 | green onions chopped |
3 | cloves garlic chopped |
1 Teelöffel | Grated fresh ginger; may be doubled |
Combine in the order listed. Marinate for up to 2 to 3 days.
Use on any meat, poultry or fish, but it's especially good for little chicken drummettes.
