Healthy Potato Salad
Zutaten für 4 Portionen Menge anpassen

2 mittelPotatoes; peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Hard-cooked egg; sliced
1/4 Tassecelery chopped
1/4 Tassebell pepper chopped
1/4 Tasseonion chopped
2 Esslöffelpimento chopped
1 Esslöffelmustard
4 EsslöffelLite mayonnaise

Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes until tender but still firm (be careful not to overcook!). Drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
