Combine lemon juice, water and 1/2 c. cilantro in blender and puree. Add remaining cilantro 1/2 c. at a time, reducing mixture to a puree each time. Add remaining ingredients and reduce mixture to a puree again. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups Notes
