Combine everything except dried tomatoes and cheese slices. Pour into ungreased 1-1/2 to 2-quart casserole with a lid. Bake, uncovered at 350~ for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until rice and lentils are done. Stir twice during baking. When done, stir in tomato strips, top with sliced cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
