8 x ca. 30 g | yogurt plain, low fat |
1/4 Tasse | Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
15 x ca. 30 g | Canned mandarin oranges, drained |
1 Tasse | Red seedless grapes |
1 Tasse | Seedless white grapes |
1 | Cored, diced red apple |
1/2 Tasse | Celery sliced |
1/2 Tasse | Walnut halves lettuce, for garnish strawberry, for garnish |
Cook pasta according to package directions. Chill in cold water and drain well. Blend orange juice concentrate and yogurt well. Toss mixture with remaining ingredients and pasta. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
