Put potatoes through Grinder using Coarse Disc. Put ham through Grinder using Fine Disc. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for two hours. Meanwhile blender dry bread until very fine. Pour into a flat dish. Form meat mixture into 1" (2 cm) balls, roll in crumbs, and fry in deep fat heated to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C). Serve with green peas.
