Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper and jalapeno's; drain.
Add barbeque sauce to ground beef mixture.
Separate biscuits and roll flat with rolling pin. Press hard on the biscuits while rolling them out. You're gonna need all the area you can get for the beef mixture.
Using a regular tablespoon, spoon beef mixture onto one of the flattened biscuits. Top shredded cheese over beef mixture.
Cover biscuit and beef mixture with another flattened biscuit; pinching edges together.
Bake about 15 minutes at 400°F or until biscuits are a light golden brown.
Fit one flattened biscuit into a muffin pan, pulling the biscuits up the side and forming them into a cup.
Spoon in the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese. Fold top of biscuits over if desired.
