Pesto Dressing
1 1/2 Tasse
Packed fresh basil leaves, minced
1/4 Tasse
Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1/4 Tasse
pine nuts
20 Milliliter
Garlic minced
1/4 Teelöffel
salt
1/2 Tasse
olive oil
2 Esslöffel
(approx.) red wine vinegar

Pesto Dressing: In bowl, mix together basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic and salt. Gradually blend in oil. Add vinegar to taste.
