In greased casserole, arrange fillets in single layer, folding thin ends under for equal thickness. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with onion, 1/2 tsp. Of the thyme, salt and pepper.
Combine tomatoes with remaining thyme; season with more salt and pepper to taste. Spoon over fish.
