Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat six 2 1/2 inch size muffing pan cups with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, zucchini, and salt; mix well. Divide the beef mixture evenly into the 6 muffing cups, pressing the mixture together lightly to form mounded tops. Spread ketchup over the tops. Place the muffin pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink inside and the juices run clear.
