Place the oven rack in the center position. Turn the oven on to 325°F. Grease the baking pan. Combine the first 5 ingredients in the large bowl.
Beat the next 6 ingredients together with the electric mixer on high speed in the small bowl until light and fluffy. Stir into the rolled oat mixture and combine well. Spread in the baking pan and press down well. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes until firm and golden.
