Preheat the oven to 375F. Separate the eggs an beat the whites with the salt until they are stiff but not dry. Put the toast on a cookie sheet. Mound a fourth of the whites on each piece of toast. Using the back of a teaspoon, make a dent or nest in t he center of each mound. Put 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 egg yolk in each nest. Spoon 1 teaspoon of cream over each yolk.
