Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour three 8" cake pans.
Combine: 1 ½ cups salad oil 2 cups sugar 4 eggs. Set mixture aside. Sift: 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2½ tsp cinnamon. Add to
first mixture. Beat 2 minutes Add: 2½ tsp vanilla 3 cups grated carrots Divide into cake pans. Bake 45 minutes or till done. Frosting: Combine: 1 stick of margarine 1 8oz pkg cream cheese Beat, then add: 1 lb sugar, 1 Tps. Vanilla. If too thick, thin with milk.
