Got this off the back of a Stove Top Stuffing box one night when I was in a pinch and I found the recipe to be Very easy and Very delicious!
Stir stuffing crumbs, contents of vegebale/seasoning packet, 1-1/2 C hot water and 1/4 C margarine, cut-up, just until moistened; set aside. Place chicken in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
