1 Tasse | onion finely chopped |
1 Esslöffel | butter or margarine |
2 Tasse | Cooked chicken; diced (or turkey, ham, pork or roast beef) |
1 Tasse | Cooked mixed vegetables |
1 Dose | Cream of chicken soup; (10 3/4 ounce) |
1 Teelöffel | Poultry Seasoning (For Chicken Or Turkey, Only) |
1 Teelöffel | celery salt |
1/8 Teelöffel | black pepper |
1/2 Tasse | chicken broth |
1 Tasse | cheddar cheese grated |
Place onion and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese, with onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
pork, use cream of celery soup. If using leftover roast beef, use cream of mushroom soup.
