Lemon zest

lemon juice

Coconut or almond extract

(8 oz.) pineapple tidbits in juice; drained
1 Tasse
Assorted sliced fresh fruit
1/4 Tasse
Mini marshmallows or flaked coconut

Make pudding according to package directions in bowl. Stir in lemon zest,
lemon juice and coconut extract. Reserve 1/4 cup pudding for topping. Spoon remaining pudding equally into dessert bowls. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spoon on top of pudding. Top with reserved pudding. Makes 4 servings.
