1/2 Tasse | Sugar; *Note |
1 Esslöffel | Lowfat Margarine; **Note, Softened |
1/4 Tasse | Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute; Or Equiv To 1 Egg |
3/4 Tasse | Nonfat Milk |
1 Tasse | Bananas mashed |
3 1/2 Teelöffel | baking powder |
1 Teelöffel | salt |
3/4 Tasse | Nuts; ***Note, Chopped |
3 Tasse | flour |

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Spray nonstick baking spray in 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Mix sugar, lowfat margarine (shortening), egg and mashed bananas thoroughly. Stir in milk. Measure flour by dip-level-pour method or by sifting. Blend dry ingredients; stir in. Blend in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 60 - 70 minutes, or until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. (Crack in top of loaf is characteristic.) Cool thoroughly before slicing with a thin sharp knife.
