Sift dry ingredients together. Combine honey, eggs, salad oil and mashed bananas. Add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into greased 9 x5 x3 inch loaf pan or two small greased 8-1/2 x 1/2 x 2-1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 50 to 65 minutes in a large pan or 45-50 minutes in small pans, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool before slicing. Glaze loaf with thin confectioners' sugar icing if you like, or serve plain.
