1 Tasse | rice |
1/2 Tasse | onion chopped |
2/3 Tasse | Chopped red bell peppers |
2 | cloves garlic minced |
1 Tasse | celery chopped |
1/4 Tasse | parsley chopped |
2 x ca. 30 g | Pimientos; drained |
1/4 Tasse | margarine |
1 1/2 Teelöffel | salt seasoned |
1/2 Teelöffel | red pepper |
10 3/4 x ca. 30 g | Cream of mushroom soup; lowfat |
1 Tasse | crabmeat cooked |
1 Tasse | shrimp cooked |
8 klein | Pie shells |
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine.
Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Serves 8
