1/2 Tasse | butter |
1/3 Tasse | Baking cocoa |
1/4 Tasse | brown sugar packed |
1/4 Tasse | milk |
3 1/2 Tasse | Confectioner's sugar |
1 Teelöffel | vanilla |
30 | Caramels; unwrapped |
1 Esslöffel | water |
2 Tasse | Salted peanuts |
1/2 Tasse | Semi-sweet chocolate pieces |
1/2 Tasse | Milk chocolate chips |
In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk.
Micorwave on high 'til mixture boils (3 min or longer). Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.
Heat on high until caramels melt - about 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer. Microwave chocolate pieces and chips until melted (1 1/2 minutes or so). Spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.
Make 2 3/4 pounds of fudge. Keep refrigerated until eaten.
