Preheat oven to 300F Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or oiled with a mixture of liquid lecithin and oil. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 36 cookies, Approximately 25 calories each.
