Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a 350 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes. Mix all ingredients for dressing and let sit for about one hour. Mix all salad ingredients, adding cooled and broken up toasted almonds and sesame seeds. Do Not Cook Ramen, simply break up into small pieces. Toss. Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss again.
