Bring oil to a boil and add the sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, & vinegar. Reduce heat to low and add the garlic, onions, oregano, salt & pepper. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from heat. Mash egg yolks and stir into pot. Allow to cool to room temp then mix into sald or pour over. Note* For a sweeter dressing add 1 more Tablespoon of brown sugar.
