Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine dry ingredients. In large bowl, beat egg whites lightly. Stir in bananas, milk and corn syrup. Add dry ingredients; stir until well blended. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake in 400 degree F oven 22 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove; cool on wire rack.
