Place turkey bacon and oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook and stir on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Push turkey bacon to side of skillet. Pour in egg; stir constantly until egg is cooked and separated into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
