Beat sugar, eggs, Crisco and salt together. Add water and yeast mixture, powdered milk and flour. Knead immediately, cover and let rise in bowl. Shape into finger rolls, cover and let rise on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Dip in butter and drain on paper towel or wax paper. Makes 4 to 5 dozen. Note: If you have no powdered milk, dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and then add 1 1/2 cups warm milk.
