Melt margarine in a 9X13 pan. Add brown sugar and mix together. Place bread over sugar mixture. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top of bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 375 degree for 35 minutes or until toasted on top.
