which serves 12 and takes only 10 minutes to throw together. It's easy; I Love easy!!

In a bowl, not mixer, mix together sugar, butter, egg, coffee and apples. Sift together soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix appple mixture and flour mixture. Pour into 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let me know how you liked it!!
