1. Use 65 Lb Precooked, Breaded Chicken, Frozen. Place On 18 By 26 Inch Sheet Pans (5 Pans). Heat In 400 F. Oven 15 Minutes. Turn Chicken; Heat Additional 15 Minutes Or Until Heated Through. Each Poriton: 2 Pieces (1 Piece Breast And Thigh Or Leg Or 1 Piece Each Leg And Thigh). Note: Chicken May Be Cooked In 350 F. Convection Oven 25 To 30 Minutes.
