1 Tasse | milk evaporated |
6 x ca. 30 g | Semi-sweet chocolate morsels |
1 Tasse | marshmallows miniature |
1/4 Teelöffel | salt |
1 ca. 1 Liter | Vanilla ice cream; softened |
1/2 Tasse | Pecan halves |
1 klein | Bag vanilla wafers |
Mix first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until chocolate & marshmallows melt completely. Remove from heat as mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature. Line bottom & sides of a 13x9x2-inch dish with vanilla wafers. Spoon half of ice cream over wafers. Cover with half the chocolate mixture. Repeat with rest of ice cream & chocolate. Place pecans on top. Freeze 3-5 hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
