Zutaten für 8 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
3 Packung(8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 Dose(14-oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 Packung(12-oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips; melted
eggs
1/4 TasseCoffee-flavored liqueur; optional
2 Teelöffelvanilla extract
Chocolate Crumb Crust
1 1/2 TasseVanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 Tasseconfectioners sugar
1/3 Tassecocoa unsweetened
1/3 TasseButter or margarine, melted
die Zubereitung:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers), 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa and 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
