Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in saucepan over Low heat, stirring until smooth. Alternately, microwave chcolate chips and peanut butter in 2 qt. Bowl on Med for 2-3 minutes or until melted, stirring after each minute. Fold in marshmallows. Pour into greased 9' square pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares.
