Thoroughly combine first six ingredients & shape into a loaf. Place in a lightly greased pan & bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours. Sauce: Mix mustard, flour & salt in double boiler. Add beaten egg yolks, mixing well. Slowly add milk; cook until thick. Add lemon juice. Serve over sliced ham loaf.
