Hamburger and Rice Casserole

1 x ca. 450 gGround chicken breast; skinless; cooked
egg white whipped
1/2 Tassepotatoes mashed
1/2 TasseLong-grain rice; uncooked
1/4 Tasseskim milk evaporated
1/2 Tasseonions chopped
1/2 TasseBell peppers
2 Teelöffelsalt
1/2 Teelöffelblack pepper
1/4 Teelöffelpoultry seasoning
1/2 Tasseketchup
1 Esslöffelhoney

This is very good! However, I think I will cook the rice first next time since I won't have to bake it as long. Enjoy:-)

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, egg white, mashed potatoes, rice, evaporated skim milk, onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Spread evenly into a 8" casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Meanwhile in another mixing bowl, combine ketchup and honey. Remove cover and spread onto baked chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes more or until rice is done.
