Mix all ingredients well and beat for four minutes. Pour into a well greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Dust with confectioner's (10X) sugar or frost with glaze made with confectioner's sugar and orange juice.
