Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Mix by hand the eggs , sugar, and butter. In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, nuts, and vanilla. Add this to egg mixture. Make in well-greased and floured 9x13 pan for 20-25 minutes. When done, cut large marshmellows in half and place on cake while hot. Return to oven for a few minutes more.
Icing: Combine all and stir until smooth. Pour over hot cake and marshmellows.
