Combine flour, nuts & butter. Put into a 13x9x2-inch pan & bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool. Combine cream cheese & powdered sugar, mixing well. Fold in whipped topping & spread over crust. Spread pie filling on top. Chill before serving.
