Savory Chinese Turkey Meat Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 3 Tablespoons oil 3 gloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. Black pepper 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 tsp. Ground ginger (or anise)
Mix all ingredients together well and evenly coast surfaces of turkey parts or meats. Marinate at least 4 hours. Yield: 1 cup
Marinade for Turkey Breast Cuts and Kabobs
1/3 cup chili sauce 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Sugar 2 bay leaves, broken up
Combine all ingredients and spread evenly over white turkey meat cuts. Marinate at least 4 hours. Yield: 1/2 cup
Lemon Barbecue Marinade
1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 clove garlic, mashed 1/2 tsp. Black pepper 1/2 tsp. Thyme leaves 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
Mix all ingredients and let set for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend, Before adding meat. Yield: 3/4 cup
