Preheat oven to 350. In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, stir in onion soup mix & rosemary until blended. Cut potatoes in 1/2 inch slices, place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Toss with onion mixture. Cover with foil & bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are fork-tender. Makes 12 servings.
