Fresh basil; parsley, or mix of the two or 1T dried herbs

mozzarella grated
2 Esslöffel
parmesan grated

Cook rice. Empty into large bowl and stir in olive oil and herbs. Stir mozzarella into hot rice-it must melt. Sprinkle parmesan over top and serve immediately.
