1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg into a mixing bowl. Set aside.
2. Add sugar to eggs in a second bowl and beat until fluffy. Add oil, honey and coffee and blend. Slowly add flour mixture and mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake in 325 F oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
