Combine dry ingredients and sift three times. Cream butter and add honey gradually beating hard after each addition to keep mixture thick. Add 1/4 of flour and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add melted chocolate. Blend in remaining flour alternately with water. Beat well after each addition, add vanilla. Bake in greased layer pan for 50 minutes at 350° or until cake tester comes out clean.
