This is for the Abm but you can also make it by hand and bake @ 375 35 minutes. My friend tried it with whole wheat bread flour and said it was fantastic but I can't find that around here so haven't been able to try it that way.
Select [wheat] on menu, baking control [light], 1 1/2 loaf pound setting. Add all ingredients with liquids first, dry ingredients next (or different if your Abm uses different procedures for breadmaking).
