In a mixing bowl combine eggs, honey, milk, salt, spice and pumpkin and beat well. Pour filling into a pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degree degrees and bake for 45 minutes more or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with chipped cream, if desired. Cover and chill to store.
