Whole large chicken breast (double D's we call 'em)
3/4 Tasse
flour
1/2 Tasse
milk
2 Esslöffel
honey
1 Teelöffel
Lemon-pepper seasoning
1 1/2 Teelöffel
salt
1/3 Tasse
parsley

Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, milk, honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(chopped). Stir in chicken. Heat one inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan). Fry chicken about 5 minutes, drain on paper towels. 4 servings, 245 cals
