Hot Fudge Sauce #2
Zutaten für 12 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
1 Packung(6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips -or
(1-oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate
2 Esslöffelmargarine or butter
1 Dose(14-oz) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 Esslöffelwater
1 Teelöffelvanilla extract
die Zubereitung:

In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla. Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.

To Reheat: In small heavy saucepan, combine desired amount of sauce with small amount of water. Over low heat, stir constantly until heated through.

Microwave**: In 1-quart glass measure, combine ingredients. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 to 3-1/2 minutes, stirrng after each minute.
