1. Slice peeled bananas diagonally into 1" pieces. Arrange in 8"x8" pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Bake at 350F for 15 mins until hot and bubbly.
Serve over ice cream.
My notes: I omitted allspice. This was Wonderful! The warm bananas contrast so nicely with the ice cream, and the brown sugar makes everything caramelly and sweet. A delicious, easy treat.
